May 2023. My first proper compositing project in about a year and given the limited time I had to finish it I think it’s alright. There are definitely a few issues such as the balloon wires which didn’t always render and the shot of it lifting off doesn’t look particularly good due to the close up view of the 3D model. That said I’m really pleased with the shots of it in the window and reflected in a building as I think they presented the most technical challenges and as a result are generally better integrated.
